What a weekend last weekend was, the Lionesses made history! England retained their UEFA Women’s Euro crown in stunning fashion, beat Spain on penalties in Basel to become the first senior England team ever to defend a major tournament abroad. Truly a moment to remember as we applaud a team that’s changing the game and paving the way for younger generations.

Meanwhile, back in the world of logistics...

There’s plenty happening in our industry too from ongoing driver shortages, to new funding opportunities focused on cleaner, more sustainable transport, and trials of electric trucks in the capital. We’ll touch on the headlines inside this month’s newsletter.

Another bank holiday weekend is just around the corner at the end of the month, and we want to make sure everything runs smoothly when it comes to your pay.

To avoid any delays, please ensure your timesheets are submitted no later than 9am on Monday 25th August. This is essential to guarantee payment on Friday 30th August.

If your timesheet is submitted late, we can’t guarantee it will be processed in time, which could lead to a delay in your wages - something we definitely want to help you avoid.

So, if you're working over the bank holiday weekend, please set yourself a reminder to get that timesheet in on time. As always, if you have any questions or run into issues, your consultant is just a phone call away.

Our Driver of the Month for August is Marek Pawlak from our Dartford Branch.
