We had such a blast chatting about the past year, our exciting plans for the future, and most importantly, celebrating each other's successes. And speaking of successes, here are the well-deserved winners of our annual awards.

The Collaborator, Driver Champion and Trailblazer were nominated by colleagues, and Client Champion and Special Recognition were awarded by our Senior Management Team. I bet you'll recognise some of these smiling faces above.

But that's not all - we also shared a heart-warming video of compliments our team sent in for National Compliments Day. An all round uplifting and positive day!

February brings us National Heart Month - both in terms of Valentines Day but more importantly, in terms of your heart health.

Heart Foundation (based in Australia) have produced an incredibly useful guide on how to protect your heart in 5 simple steps. These include:

🥦 Follow a heart-healthy eating pattern - whilst providing simple changes you can make

🚭 Be smoke free - as with all health advice, this massively reduces your risk

🚶 Spend more time being active - although it can be hard when on the road, take the opportunity when you can to go for a walk, or do some stretching

How long have you been with Driver Require? Nearly a year!

Have you always been in recruitment? If not, what did you do before? I’ve never worked in recruitment before but prior to this I worked in marketing whilst completing my college course in Beauty Therapy.

Proudest moment of your life to date? Having my son Oliver, he’s my absolute bestie, he drives me crazy, but I wouldn’t know what to do without him!!

Our Driver of the Month for February is Peter Amoah from our Stevenage Branch. The team said "Peter has been brilliant for us throughout December and January. Working at multiple clients on Class 2 or 7.5t. He is incredibly adaptable with no fuss at all, whether it be weekdays or weekends, days or nights. Fantastic attitude and a great driver!"
